I provide services for anyone who has recently birthed a baby and anyone welcoming a newborn into their family. This includes postpartum mothers and partners, single parents, adoptive parents, grandparents, foster parents, and surrogates.

My rate is $40/hour with a two hour minimum. A standard session lasts four hours.

During a session, you can expect support from me in the following areas - 

• A big hug from a fellow mom. 

• Basic infant care support and eduction - bathing, swaddling, diapering. 

• Baby feeding support and education - breastfeeding support, bottle feeding support.

• Pump support - setting up your breast pump, sanitizing. 

• Baby carrying - I can help you with safe baby carrying practices and learning how to use any carriers you have. I also have an assortment of carriers I can bring with me to our session for you to see which carrier you like best. 

• For a vaginal delivery - preparing sitz baths, creating  “padsicles”. 

• For a cesarean delivery - resources for scar massage, mobility assistance, setting up home accommodations for surgery recovery.

• Grocery pick up. 

• Cooking - if you have purchased ingredients I can spend some of my time preparing meals. 

• Housework - light laundry, light cleaning (wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, doing dishes), basic home organizing. 

• Discussing and processing your birth experience. 

All sessions come with: 

• Unlimited text and email support leading up to your session and for 14 days after your session.
